PCh 150 / HPCh 150壓電陶瓷芯片(piàn)多層壓電陶瓷組成最大(dà)推力可高達10000N,這些驅動器可以(yǐ)精密移(yí)動,產生的自由行程範圍(無負載條件下)從(cóng)2 µm至4 µm 。驅動器預載最大位移負載時,可以(yǐ)達到最大位(wèi)移,每種型號對於這點都有相應規定。每種型號最(zuì)大位移(yí)的實際值(zhí)有所差異,必須通過實驗確定,最(zuì)大位移(yí)始終會大於自由(yóu)行程位(wèi)移。
