C12741-11是一款采用640×512像素InGaAs傳感器的近紅外相機。-70℃的Peltier冷（lěng）卻會（huì）顯著（zhe）降低暗電流，從而提高成像（xiàng）質量，同（tóng）時允許長曝光時間（jiān）成像。
與CCD或CMOS相機不同（tóng），C12741-11信噪比高，可以探測微弱紅外（wài）光。這使得它適合於半導體（tǐ）晶（jīng）片（piàn）檢查，太陽能（néng）電池評價和光通信（xìn）設備分析等（děng）。
